Before it’s installed, a TinyBox will be in a 14” x 4” x 4” crate and can be moved on most trailers.
After it’s installed: a TinyBox is 100” wide, which can be legally moved on the road using any 102’ deckover trailer and without any special permits.

At 107sf or 10 m2, TinyBox doesn’t require a permit to be installed in most jurisdictions. Please check with your local authorities to ensure full compliance.

Utilities hookup (electricity, water and sewage) usually costs $5k-$7k and weeks of contractor work, even if you already have it in the main house.
TinyBox can be set everything up and ready to use within days, at a low cost. Guests can still use the main house for heavy power or water usage.
