2 | Confirm Design & Location
We’ll first confirm with your city that permitting isn’t required, or we’ll help you get them.
Then, we’ll confirm your preferred options (design, layouts and functional features) and send the full instructions to the factory to build your unit.

3 | Build
This whole process will only take a few days on your land.
We’ll come and install the helical pile foundations before the modules arrive. When the modules arrive, the install be completed in just a few days. Voilà, you can move in!

Our standard model is 120sf and thus qualifies as a shed. It has a Queen bed, office and kitchen, using transforming furniture.
We can build 160sf, 399sf and 4-bedroom.
